Since 1984, Parker Mynchenberg & Associates, Inc. (PMA) has successfully obtained permits from Local, State and Federal permitting agencies, Designed and Permitted over one thousand projects in Volusia and Flagler counties.

 

Most projects include site plan, utility, permitting, feasibility, design, studies, engineers estimates of cost, roadway design, rezoning and construction services.

Local County, Municipalities and outside agency permitting including St. Johns Water Management District, FDEP(Florida Department of Environmental Protection), FEMA, Army Corps of Engineers(ACOE), & FAA.

Parker Mynchenberg & Associates, Inc. has developed a long working relationship with permitting agencies necessary to bring a project through design to construction.

PRESIDENT

PARKER MYNCHENBERG

Parker Mynchenberg, P.E., R.L.A., is a graduate of Mainland High School, Daytona Beach, Florida, and the University of Central Florida. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, he has practiced Engineering and Landscape Architectural Design since 1984 in Volusia and Flagler Counties. He is licensed in the State of Florida as a Professional Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect, Commercial Pool and Spa Contractor, General Contractor, and Real Estate Broker. Having licenses in multiple disciplines demonstrates Parker’s vast knowledge in all aspects of Land Development.

PROJECT MANAGER

STEVE BUSWELL

Steven R. Buswell, P.E., R.L.A  graduated from the University of Florida with both a Masters and Bachelor's of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering. He has worked as an Associate Professional Engineer with PMA since 2001. Responsibilities include the management of projects from conception through final inspection/Certificate of Occupancy. In addition, he also prepares all required technical reports and calculations necessary to obtain development approval. He is familiar with FDOT Local Agency Planning (LAP) Program, the FDEP 319(h) Grant Program, Volusia County ECHO Program, and the FDEP's State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program.
