2. Coordinate the collection of all necessary information to complete the design work, such as surveys, geotechnical reports, etc. Concurrently with the information collection process, a Conceptual Design is developed to discuss the creative aspects of the Project Site Layout with the Client and determine that all project objectives are being met.

3. Create a detailed set of Construction Documents for permitting and construction. It is our experience that the best method is to approach all Project Designs as if we were building it. This method, derived by our Principal Engineer, comes from his experience as a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. The result is a set of construction documents that meets the Client’s need, minimizes construction cost, and meets permitting and regulatory agency criteria.
