Parker Mynchenberg & Associates, Inc. (PMA) is owned and operated by Parker Mynchenberg, P.E., L.A., and has been in existence since 1984. The firm is located at 1729 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, Florida. Parker is a graduate of Mainland High School, Daytona Beach, Florida, and the University of Central Florida. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, he has practiced Engineering and Landscape Architectural Design in Volusia and Flagler Counties. He is licensed in the State of Florida as a Professional Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect, Commercial Pool and Spa Contractor, General Contractor, Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker. Having licenses in multiple disciplines demonstrates Parker’s vast knowledge in all aspects of Land Development.

Steven R. Buswell, P.E., is a Professional Engineer with a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering. He has worked as an Associate Professional Engineer with PMA since 2001. His responsibilities include the management of projects from conception through final inspection/Certificate of Occupancy. In addition to project management, he also prepares all required technical reports and calculations necessary to obtain development approval. Prior to joining PMA, Steven was the Stormwater Design Engineer for the City of Daytona Beach. While with the City, he coordinated the funding for capital improvement projects through assistance programs such as the St. Johns River Water Management District’s Cost-Share Program, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (FDEP) 319(h) Grant Program, and the FDEP’s State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program.

John Zemball, E.I., is a Registered Engineering Intern in the State of Florida. John has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and specializes in Drainage Studies and Stormwater Permitting. He is expected to attain his Professional Engineer license in early 2011.

Additionally, the CADD technicians and other supporting staff of PMA have an average experience of over 25 years in Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural Design. This experience results in particular attention to detail and proficiency of design.
