Since 1984, Parker Mynchenberg & Associates, Inc. (PMA) has successfully obtained permits from Local, State and Federal permitting agencies. Most projects require a State approved stormwater management permit, known as an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP). This permit can be issued by either a Water Management District or the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Additionally, Utility permits are required from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the Department of Environmental Health (DEH). Depending on location and scope, permitting through the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) may be required.
PMA has over 20 years of experience in obtaining permits from the FDEP and the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) for work within navigable waters (wetlands). The firm also has extensive experience in working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a Federal agency, when the projects are sensitive to the flood plain.
Parker Mynchenberg & Associates, Inc. has developed a long working relationship with the permitting agencies that issue all of the above referenced permits.
